IP (в рейтинге инвестиционного процесса, применяемом компанией "Фитч Рейтингс": сокращение от "investment process", используемое при присвоении рейтинговых оценок в этой рейтинговой системе; наивысшим рейтингом является "IP1", указывающий на очень высокий уровень организации инвестиционного процесса; компании с таким рейтингом характеризуются длительной историей работы в области управления инвестициями, наличием опытного персонала при очень низких показатели текучести персонала, наличием хорошо проработанных инвестиционных стратегий и процедур, наличием хорошо организованной системы управления и контроля инвестиционных рисков и др.; рейтинг "IP2" присваивается компаниям, имеющим по соответствующим показателям довольно высокие характеристики, но уступающим по уровню компаниям с рейтингом "IP1"; рейтинг "IP3" указывает на то, что компания в целом обладает эффективной структурой управления и организации инвестиционного процесса, но уступает по уровню компаниям с рейтингом "IP2"; рейтинг "IP4" указывает на то, что организация инвестиционного процесса в компании в целом приемлема по отраслевым стандартам, но хуже, чем у компаний с рейтингом "IP3"; рейтинг "IP5" присваивается в случае, если управляющий альтернативными активами не удовлетворяет всем минимальным отраслевым стандартам; компании с оценкой "IP5" могут характеризоваться неадекватной системой внутреннего контроля и других управленческих процедур, слабо проработанной стратегией управления инвестициями и контроля рисков, незначительным опытом работы и высокой текучестью персонала, недостаточностью финансовых ресурсов и т. п.)See: -
